Group sizes are kept small to offer individuals guidance and counselling.
A range of topics will be covered to help you to grow emotionally and take practical steps to improve your personal situation.The group will also offer the opportunity to meet new people and share experiences with others who may be facing similar issues.

27th June 2018 - Better breathing and relaxation techniques
4th July 2018 - Mindfulness
11th July 2018 - Pain and Medication management
18th July 2018 - Sleep
25th July 2018 - Anger
The group therapy will be led by two trainee Counselling Psychologists: Aspasia Ftenou & Sukriti Kainth
We have both morning and afternoon sessions available. The group is open, free to attend and you can join at any time.
