Merseyside women of the yearWe're delighted to be able to share the news that The Brain Charity's Finance and Office Manager, Carolyn Garlick, won an award in the O2 Community Impact category at the Merseyside Women of the Year Awards 2016.

Carolyn, who has been with us for several years, was nominated by the volunteer team in recognition of her commitment to fundraising for the charity.
The competition was really strong this year and every one of the finalists would have been a worthy winner. We feel very lucky to have so many outstanding and inspirational women doing so much to make our region a better place to live in.

We’re very proud of Carolyn’s success at the awards and her trophy is on prominent display in our awards corner - yes we’ve got a few now!
