The Brain Charity offers emotional support, practical help and social activities to anyone with a neurological condition and to their family, friends and carers.
There are hundreds of different neurological conditions including stroke, brain tumour, brain injury, Alzheimer’s and many rarer conditions.
Role summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and organisation. We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic HR professional who will utilise their previous experience to adopt a proactive, hands on approach within a fast paced HR environment.
We believe our staff are the greatest tool we have to make a difference in the lives of the people with neurological conditions and we want to ensure they are well supported and have everything they need throughout the key stages of their employment.
The newly created role of HR Officer will play a crucial part in supporting the HR Manager to deliver a best practice and comprehensive HR service that aligns the daily core HR functions with our organisational mission and values. This is a broad based, generalist HR role calls for high levels of responsibility, confidentiality and attention to detail.
