Hours: 37.5 hours per week (to be flexible with these hours to meet the needs of out of hours activities)

There are hundreds of different neurological conditions including stroke, brain tumour, brain injury, Alzheimer’s and many rarer ones too.

The Brain Charity offers emotional support, practical help and social activities to anyone with a neurological condition and to their family, friends and carers. 

Role summary

Social isolation and loneliness are key issues for our community. The Social Connector will play a vital role within our services team by organising a programme of activities, classes and events within our building and out in the wider community for our service users and volunteers. The role will also link in with the physical and wellbeing activities based in our new Neuro Gym and facilitates our volunteer-staffed befriending service.
