I have Distonia, FND and Fibromyalgia which has caused some problems with swallowing. I have discovered that I can still get all my nutrition by liquidising some of my food. Everyday I have a smoothie made with kale (high in iron and vitamin C), mixed dark fruits, Spirulina (high in iron and many other essential minerals and vitamins), celery , cucumber, fresh herbs, nuts and seeds and marine collagen and a drop of juice and or plant milk to mix. This is very tasty and means that I get the important things I need!!
