The Merseyside support group of the Spinal Injuries Association is open to everyone touched by spinal cord injury within the North-West area.  The group meets from 2:30pm until 5pm on the first Wednesday of every month at The Brain Charity, Norton Street, Liverpool, L3 8LR.

They provide life-long support for spinal cord injured people, family, friends and carers with:

  • A safe environment to make friends and share experiences
  • Face to face advice from someone who understands
  • Information and seminars about all aspects of spinal cord injury
  • Activities throughout the year that you can participate in

In addition, the group contributes to improvements in the treatment and care of people with spinal cord injuries by delivering information and care presentations to local healthcare professionals.

Membership is free.  You can join at the next meeting or find out more about the group by emailing SIA Merseyside.
