Group therapy is a form of therapy that involves learning about and sharing similar experiences with people to enable personal growth. Group sizes are kept small to allow the opportunity for individual guidance.
An interesting range of topics will be covered to help you to grow emotionally and take practical steps to improve your personal situation.

17th June 2019 - Generalised anxiety
24th June 2019 - Social anxiety
1st July 2019 - Anxiety and sleep
8th July 2019 - Panic
15th July 2019 - Understanding pain
22nd July 2019 - Pain management
29th July 2019 - Closing & Reflections
The sessions will be run by Soha Daru a trainee Counselling Psychologist.
Sessions run every Monday from 10am-12pm starting 10th June 2019.
