Prices include delivery within the UK.

Orders for items in stock will normally be dispatched within 5 working days, but please allow up to 28 days for delivery.

Returns and Refund Policy

We at The Brain Charity are dedicated to ensuring everything we provide high quality and suitable for purpose. However if you purchase a product from our website and it arrives to you damaged we would be more than happy to replace it for you. Please return the item to us with proof of purchase and we will do the rest. Package up your item and address it to:
