The Brain Charity’s headquarters is starting to reopen – and we can’t wait to welcome you back!

Over the next two months, we will slowly be reinstating face to face services at The Brain Charity.

While we understand coronavirus is still a risk, we know our service users need our support more than ever.

First to open will be our café and charity shop, gradually followed by activities, services and room hire bookings.

The Brain Charity shop reopens for business after the coronavirus lockdown

At the moment, all visits to our Norton Street headquarters, including café table bookings and charity shop donation drop offs, are by appointment only.

covid safe certificateThe Brain Charity has prioritised your safety and is ready to welcome you back after having been found to be Covid-safe following an independent audit by the Foursquare Group.

We have followed stringent health and safety guidelines and have taken all the relevant precautions required to allow for ‘one metre plus’ social distancing – including installing screens and signage, providing hand sanitiser and PPE on arrival, undertaking regular deep cleans and having our building independently inspected to make sure it is covid-safe.

However, we ask you still consider government guidance if you, or anyone you live with, is still shielding or in a vulnerable category and travel safely if you do decide to visit.

Currently, our café is open for one-hour advance booking slots, so click here and get that date in your diary.
