Take part in the Great North Run!
You can run the largest half marathon in the world for The Brain Charity this September.

The Great North Run takes place on closed roads and attracts runners from all over the world including elite athletes such as Mo Farah. Starting in Newcastle the 13.1 mile course will be lined with supporters all the way from the iconic Tyne Bridge, right out towards the stunning coastline in South Shields.
With over 57,000 runners taking part and huge crowds of supporters, this is a race with an amazing atmosphere - it will really be an experience that you will never forget.

This year we have three places up for grabs in this iconic event, so if you’re keen to run and raise money for The Brain Charity, please fill in the form below to apply for your guaranteed place on the start line today.
We ask that our chosen runners, agree to pay a £50 registration fee and raise a minimum of £250 in sponsorship.
Already got a place?
If you were lucky enough to have a ballot place from the event organisers, we'd love for you to run for The Brain Charity. There's no minimum fundraising commitment, we just ask that you try to raise as much as you can.
