Creative wellbeing group
Update: This group is now full. If you would like to be added to the waiting list, please sign up to get a message when a space becomes available.
Our creative wellbeing group sessions are for anyone who is neurodivergent or living with a neurological condition.
The sessions aim to support you to develop a personalised creative wellbeing practice.
No arts experience is necessary, you will learn to respond instinctively, focusing on the process and your own thoughts, emotions and experiences.
The sessions do require a level of commitment but can be hugely rewarding, supporting your capacity to develop a mindful, reflective approach, greater insight
and an individual creative toolbox.
Members will work both independently and as a group.
You are welcome to attend with a support worker or a carer.
To reserve your spot, please click the sign up button today.
If you have any questions, please call The Brain Charity on 0151 298 2999 or email the activities team.
