Individual sessions are available, or you may book in blocks of up to 12 sessions.

Terms and conditions
If you do not attend or cancel your session with less than 24 hours notice, a refund will unfortunately not be given.
If a session is cancelled more than 24 hours but less than 1 week in advance, half the value of the session can be redeemed against a future booking.
