Take on the UK’s second largest Marathon, and one of Europe’s largest, alongside participants from all over the world and experience the vibrant streets of Greater Manchester. 

Its flat routes make this course accessible to a wide range of abilities, from professional runners to those who thought completing a marathon would never be possible. The Manchester Marathon also provides Activity Points along the route — from motivational bands to cheer teams, there is truly something to motivate every participant.

• Welfare benefits support securing an income for people who need financial help 

• Advocacy for carers who give everything to look after loved ones 

• Support for 600+ neurological conditions and neurodivergences – from autism and stroke to rare conditions such as Huntington’s.
