This legendary route guides you through the heart of the capital, sweeping past iconic sights like Cutty Sark, Tower Bridge and the Houses of Parliament, before that unforgettable final stretch along The Mall. 

Joined by over 50,000 runners and crowds lining every mile, cheering your name and lifting your spirits, the energy is simply unmatched. And we’ll be right there with you, supporting you from the starting line to your triumphant finish!

By fundraising for us, this is what you’ll help make possible: 

  • Free specialist counselling that significantly reduces anxiety and depression for people living with neurological conditions 
  • The Neuro Gym – helping people like Eric regain strength and mobility after life-changing diagnoses 
  • Welfare benefits support securing an income for people who need financial help 
  • Advocacy for carers who give everything to look after loved ones 
  • Support for 600+ neurological conditions and neurodivergences – from autism and stroke to rare conditions such as Huntington’s. 

Every step you take helps us break down barriers, fight loneliness, and build brighter futures.
