The Brain Charity

The Brain Charity is thrilled to be Leaderful Action’s Charity of the Year for 2026. 

Leaderful Action helps individuals, teams, and organisations perform at their best through impactful, inclusive, and inspiring learning experiences. They blend evidence, creativity, and curiosity to design learning that builds confidence, drives real behaviour change, and connects insight with action.  

Grounded in years of experience across leadership, management, professional effectiveness, and organisational development, their practice is values-led and focused on creating learning that is engaging, reflective, and outcome-driven. They help people shift mindset, strengthen collaboration, and tackle real-world challenges, while supporting organisations to build accountability, enhance leadership capability, and foster high-performing cultures.  

Every member of their team brings expertise, care, and a shared belief that learning should make a difference beyond the classroom. Guided by their values—Passion, Purpose, Potential, and Partnership—they partner with organisations to help people grow, succeed, and transform the way they work together. 

This year-long partnership will see The Brain Charity benefit from Leaderful Action’s support through accessing coaching and digital resources for staff. 

The goal will be to help our teams develop their resilience and confidence, in order to provide the best service possible for our clients and their families. 

Leaderful Action will also be organising fundraising activities throughout the year and sharing information about The Brain Charity in their hireable Learning Space in South Wales.
