Malmaison and Hotel du Vin celebrate raising £100,000 for The Brain Charity
The lifestyle hotel groups have reached a significant fundraising milestone to support people with neurological conditions.
The Brain Charity is thrilled to announce that its partnership with Malmaison and Hotel du Vin has raised an incredible £100,000 since the collaboration began in 2023.

The funds have been generated through a combination of innovative and inclusive initiatives. These include the eco-clean scheme, where guests can opt out of housekeeping in exchange for a donation made on their behalf. Each guest can also opt into an optional 25p donation added to guest bills. In addition, hotel staff have taken on personal fundraising challenges such as abseils, marathons, and a team hike up Mount Snowdon.
Investing in inclusivity

Beyond fundraising, Malmaison and Hotel du Vin have invested has made their venues more inclusive. Malmaison teams have engaged in neurodiversity awareness training provided by The Brain Charity. This training has empowered employees across their hotels, bars and restaurants to better support neurodivergent customers and colleagues.
The £100,000 raised could fund The Brain Charity’s counselling service for nearly two years. This would give over 600 individuals affected by neurological conditions access to free, specialist mental health support.
