Optico-Spinal MS (OSMS): some scientists believe is the same as NMO

Symptoms of NMO NMO is an inflammatory disease of the nervous system, which usually affects only the optic (eyes) nerve and the spinal cord. It can cause a decrease in vision and varying degrees of weakness or paralysis in the legs and arms.
